REF3515O Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship (MTA) Program is an intensive, year-long, paid apprenticeship program that offers hands-on training and classroom instruction to develop your skills and knowledge.
Hosted at the state-of-the-art Wonderful Career Center (WCC) in Shafter, California, in partnership with Bakersfield College, this program provides a comprehensive learning experience to apprentices.
As an MTA apprentice, candidates will be employed by the Wonderful Company and receive on-the-job training in Lost Hills, CA.
Throughout the program, candidates will have access to top-notch classroom and lab instruction at WCC, as well as earn fully-funded college credits from Bakersfield College.
This program is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, expand knowledge, and receive professional mentorship.
