Land Coordinator (Site Development) Summary :
Responsible for assisting in the site development of communities.
Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of site development from clearing through completion of finished home sites and tract final acceptance.
Position will demand initiative, daily interaction with Lennar Staff, City/County Staff, consultants, and numerous trade partners.
Coordination with project engineers to gain approvals of improvement plans and permits.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with the site development of multiple communities.
Assist the land development manager with site development schedules.
Communicate with site development team to providing solutions to important day-to-day problems that may come up that cant get resolved in the field.
Frequent daily travel between job sites to coordinate all aspects of site development as well as to address hot issues.
Assist in approvals of all site development plans and project associated paperwork required to complete the communities.
Responsible for final tract acceptance by the governing agencies.
Required to coordinate preparation of punch lists, their associated site walks, monitor execution of punch lists items to a timely completion and final tract acceptance by the governing agency.
Possess a working knowledge of the form, content and implementation of Air Quality Regulations, the State General Construction Permit, Construction Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Best Management Practices.
Assist division with the monitoring and updating of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
Ensure that the SWPPP and dust control plans are implemented within each of the divisions communities.
Daily communication with all Lennar staff and construction teams.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in site development preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid and unrestricted drivers license requiredKnowledge of current environmental requirements is preferredAbility to make proper decisions in the field, as well as monitor, troubleshoot, and address field issuesIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Project are preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAccept constructive feedbackTeam playerPhysical Requirement:
Requires the ability to work in excess of eight (8) hours a day if needed, in outdoor elements, as well as within an office, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs, climb ladders, walk uneven surfaces, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard & calculator.

The median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $34.
50/an hour , subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geogr aphic location, and operational considerations.
