The Wonderful Career Center (WCC), in partnership with Bakersfield College, provides a fully-funded Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship (MTA) that is offered free of charge.
The program is a year-long paid apprenticeship that is hosted at the Wonderful Career Center, and candidates will be hired by an employer partner at the start of the program.
During the program, participants will have access to exceptional classroom and laboratory instruction at the WCC, as well as earn college credits fully funded by Bakersfield College.
This apprenticeship program presents a great chance to acquire practical experience, enhance expertise, and receive guidance from a professional mentor while being fully employed with the best in the business.
Job Description The Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship (MTA) Program is an intensive, year-long, paid apprenticeship program that offers hands-on training and classroom instruction to develop your skills and knowledge.
Hosted at the state-of-the-art Wonderful Career Center (WCC) in Shafter, California, in partnership with Bakersfield College, this program provides a comprehensive learning experience to apprentices.
As an MTA apprentice, candidates will be employed by the Wonderful Company and receive on-the-job training in Lost Hills, CA.
Throughout the program, candidates will have access to top-notch classroom and lab instruction at WCC, as well as earn fully-funded college credits from Bakersfield College.
